How often are we telling ourselves “Thank you” for our hard work and focus?

In this episode, I discuss the importance of a couple of steps in making sure that we are giving ourselves credit where it is due.  Journaling and documenting our ups and downs, and then truly diving into those things to give ourselves credit and compliments as we navigate this life.  Self care is important … Thank yourself every once in a while.
