Good morning friends and fellow hard workers. I am chillaxing here with a cuppa dark roast and the aroma is giving me the giddyup boost I need today.

As I was looking around for some motivational and inspirational stuff to discuss on this CoffeeTalk, I stumbled on this and I was floored because it is so simple yet so very true.

This is something that we can use in our health journey, in our professional journey and all walks of life. If you don’t shape the world and grab what is rightfully yours then someone else will.

Who is going to get you to where you need to go? YOU. Who is going to help you achieve your dreams and your aspirations? YOU. Who is going to get that promotion at work through hard work and dedication and patience? YOU.

We control every aspect of our lives yet we let others control it every damn day. We need to grab it by the horns and understand that we may fall, we may have setbacks, we may get in our own ways at times, but if we persevere and stay focused, we can achieve whatever we set our minds to and shape the world the way we deserve to.
